First PR in like a fucking year lol.  I had always suspected my foot/ankle shit was holding me back a lot, managed to stretch it out properly with ez bar on knees thing.  Pulls felt awesome in general.  Antiobiotics helped skin a lot too, didn't feel like death after warmups, yay.
