Back on that derp grind.  Turns out if I put my right foot like 10cm wider than my left it makes everything feel a million times better.  At least it only took me 5 years to figure that out

    That's pretty strange about your foot width, I really wouldn't have thought it would make such a difference :/

    I was doing mad derping today, you'd have been so proud. Curls, chins, dips, mass broomstick reps, half front squats, press yayyyy
